Nutrition Coaching is not a diet, quick fix or a 12 week challenge. It’s not restrictive or calorie controlled. Instead, I teach people how to lay down new habits and routines by making realistic changes to their nutrition, movement and general lifestyle that help them improve their wellbeing, regain their health and lose weight that stays off.

  • Advice regarding where to focus efforts

During our initial consultation we will identify the habits and behaviours that are currently holding you back from reaching your goals.


From there, we put together a tailored, structured and achievable 8 week action plan.


You will feel empowered and excited to self-manage your action plan, with the option to book additional consultations throughout if you would like extra support.

This package would suit someone who prefers to follow an action plan without supervision or accountability check ins.

What this package includes:

  • 8 weeks of one-on-one coaching

  • Detailed questionnaire to complete prior to attending consult

  • 1x 75 minute initial consultation

  • 2x 45 minute follow up consultations

  • 5x check-ins between consultations plus unlimited support in-between


During our initial consultation we will identify the habits and behaviours that are currently holding you back from reaching your goals. We will spend the following 8 weeks on structured and practical exercises designed to achieve your goals.


We will follow up on a weekly basis to see how you’re tracking, adjusting the strategy where necessary.


Depending on your preference, consultations can be face to face, via the phone or skype/zoom. Check-ins can be via email, phone or text.


What is the investment?
$49.50 per week


For many people, the habits and behaviours hindering their progress are different to what they expected. Often, it’s several small changes that make the most difference to the results you see. Small changes compound each other and grow into big results!

  • Understanding the habits that are currently sabotaging you, and replacing the triggers/rewards

  • Managing your hormones through nutrition and lifestyle

  • Making friends with the right carbs

  • Portion control and how to build your plate to ensure satiety

  • Sleep and stress management

  • Putting together or adjusting your movement plan to promote fat loss

  • Meal planning and devising a repertoire of recipes that work for you and your family


Coaching blocks can be paid for upfront or a weekly payment plan can be arranged.

I put on a fair bit of weight  over 3 pregnancies. I struggled with the motivation to lose the weight and I didn't really know what to do.
