1 cup of natural peanut butter (the ingredients should just be peanuts and maybe some salt)

1/4 cup maple syrup

2/3 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/4 cup chia seeds (for coating)

NOTE: You can replace the peanut butter with any nut butter you like.


  1. Add all ingredients (except the chia seeds) into a bowl together and stir until combined.

  2. If the mixture is sticky, add more coconut flour. If the mixture is too dry, add more coconut oil.

  3. Roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball, then roll in chia seeds to coat.

  4. Repeat with remaining mixture.

  5. Store in the fridge or the freezer and enjoy as a treat!
